This page explains what we collect when you visit upflowe.io or send an application, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.

Who is responsible

Upflowe is run by Liam Wittouck, based in Belgium. For anything on this page, write to hello@upflowe.io and you'll get a reply from a person.

What we collect

Only two things.

• What you send us in the application form: your name, email address, Instagram handle, audience size, niche, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Anonymous visit statistics: which pages get opened, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. This uses no cookies and cannot identify you.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we never sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Why we collect it

The form data exists so we can read your application, decide whether there's a fit, and reply to you. That's the only thing it's used for. The visit statistics exist so we can see whether the site is working, nothing more.

Who else can see it

Three services help run this site and process data on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts the website.
• Formspree delivers your application to our inbox.
• Cloudflare provides the anonymous visit statistics.

Each of them only handles what it needs to. Nobody else receives your information.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while we're considering them and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to us later. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@upflowe.io and we'll handle it. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
